Pond Run
For the Pond Run I don't think I tried my best. Although I ran and walked when I was supposed too and kept it consistent, I just jogged and didn't really try to sprint or make myself tired. At the end, I wasn't even too tired. I don't think I tried to make myself tired because in the beginning I was really tired and lazy and had already set my mindset into not trying. During the exercise I also ended up putting too much pressure on my left ankle and it started to hurt, with the pain also rising up to my knee. I think this really slowed me down and although it hurt I decided to keep doing the exercise but at a slow pace which really kept me from trying to run or sprint so I ended up doing just a light jog causing me not to get tired at all.
