Yesterday we went into the weight room. I think I did okay in working out, but I mostly just focused on my core and on stretching since I was still a lottle sore from the last time and from Yoga. Although I know it wasn't the greatest workout ever I still think I did okay. I tried following a video for the first half of P.E but really didn't like it. After trying to find more videos I just ended up doing some of my own exercises such as V-sits, wall sits and planks. In between doing ab workouts I would try and stretch a little.
