Winter Break

Over winter break I felt like I did nothing and began to feel really unhealthy. It was mostly due to all the parties I attended and ate so much junk food. I also had a very bad sleeping schedule and would sleep really late and wake up in the evening. At first I didn't really think anything about it but when the new year rolled around I decided to stop being lazy and do something. I started of by getting rid of junk food, and made a habit of drinking lots of green tea to clean out my system. I actually started to really like it now and have it instead of coffee or chocolate milk. I also started to take walks around the neighbourhood and even went jogging with a few friends one day. I would also take walks really late at night just to enjoy the weather. I really want to get more fit as does my sister so we started buying a lot more healthy snacks to replace our junk food, and it actually is starting to taste a lot better! Over the winter break, when it snowed, my friends and I also went out and made a snowman as well as had a snowball fight. It was a lot of fun, but also got tiring as we had to push the snow around to get the snowman. The worst part was when we had to pick up the bottom and place it on the curb. It took three of us just to try and lift it up and it definetely made me sweat a little despite how cold it was. I really like where my diet is going, but I'd like to work more on my sleeping habits and excercising.
P/S: I know the last picture looks bad becase I have a McFlurry in my hand, but I promise you I bought it for a friend. :P
