
For dinner tonight I had baked fish and sautéd veggies. Although I'm not much of a seafood fan, it tasted alright with it doused it with some sauce. I also really liked how the vegetables came out and how they tasted. I thought this was a healthy dinner. :)
Looks yummy. What about fish is so healthy? Have you looked any of that up? Thx for posting something besides what we did in class. :)
